Save the Date! VBS is coming August 2nd -6th! Registration is now open for participants and volunteers. Family dinner will be served at 5 PM with the VBS program running from 5:45 to about 8:15. Potty trained preschoolers through going into the 6th grade. You can now register at vbspro.events/p/hclc2026
As we move closer to the arrival of summer, we are also looking forward to returning to a single service, and the chance to reconnect with others who may worship during a different service throughout the year. Our single summer services will begin Sunday, May 31st, and go through Sunday, September 13th. Summer service will be held at 9:30A. So, scootch over and make room. And get ready to re-connect this summer!
Our seniors will host a lunch at Alice's Restaurant in Middle River on Tuesday, July 14th at 12:00PM. If you need directions, please contact Ellen Priebe at 410-679-8655. Please sign-up at church (the sign-up form is located on the bulletin board just past the nursery room) if you would like to attend so we can make sure there is room for everyone! You can also call the church office at 443-299-6134 and ask to be added to the list.
We have exciting news for you! After a lot of hard work by many people we have a new way to safely give online from your phone! Simply use the QR code on the above flier to access our PayPal account! Once there, you simply enter your donation amount and click submit. It is really that simple...no need to carry cash or write out checks (although, we are still more than happy to accept those, as well )! There will also be fliers around the church you can scan, as well! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime!
We have a thriving music ministry here at Holy Communion, and we would love to have you join us! We have a choir that sings at our 8:30A traditional service, a Praise Band that sings at our 10:30A contemporary service, and two bell ensemble that play at both services.
